My best friend's sister recently had a little girl named Chloe, so to honour the her birth I chose to illustrate an A3 print she could frame and hang in her nursery.
She is originally from South Africa but she now lives in America with her husband, 5 month old daughter (Chloe), 2 cats and one dog.
I decided to include illustrations of their pets in the scene to make it that much more special.
I eye dropped colours from the photos I was supplied and decided to illustrate an African Safari scene (as Kim is from South Africa) but to also make sure the colours were soft for a little girl's room.
