Tin Soldiers is a nonprofit organisation based in South Africa, whose mission it is to find children who have a rare condition called Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (FOP) and get them a diagnosis and the care they need.
In October 2023, Tin Soldiers brought together expert doctors from around the globe to hold clinics for their African patients, to inform and educate in this rare condition. They commissioned me to illustrate a series of 3 handbooks, which were give to their patients and family's.
